Challenging task fulfilled without any hindrance…

Nirmala while performing her duties in hospitalNirmala is sponsored beneficiary from subproject Gokhla. She comes from a joint family. Her father Ignatius Hembrom and mother Sushila Murmu are literate farmers. Nirmala has one sister and three brothers. It was a challenging task for parents to fulfill family's needs and to provide good quality education to all children without any job. At such time, Nirmala got sponsored on 29 January 1999 in CFCA/Unbound program. That time she was is in grade The sponsorship helped her to continue her schooling without any hindrance and she completed Senior Secondary successfully and then went to 'Nightingale School of Nursing, Ranchi' for a diploma in Auxiliary Midwifery course.The CFCA/Unbound provided her scholarships for education and helped her to complete course nicely. The successful completion of the course enabled her to fetch a nursing job in Devpushpa Maternity Hospital, Munger. She is earning well from the job and is quite happy. CFCA/Unbound program motivated and guided her parents also to get engage in livelihood activities to increase family's income. They grow and sell vegetables and earning good from that work. Family's condition too has improved a lot and Nirmala's all siblings are studying well. Nirmala and all her family members are grateful to CFCA/Unbound program for all support and guidance.
