CFCA Staffs Meet:

We organize staff camp at regular intervals to discuss various program initiatives and develop correlated activities. It is a great platform for the staff members to share their experiences and views with one another. There are further discussions on program objectives, policy issues, financial guidelines etc. Group discussions are held to know field level challenges and successes. Overall it is a good experience for one and all.

CFCA Board Meet:

CFCA's leadership, including its Governing Board, is organized to :

• Defining the “ends” (outcomes) of the organization, derived from the goals it wishes to achieve, and

• Creating the policies that must be followed in their pursuit of these goals.

• Approving annual budgets and work plans.
